If you’re a local artisan or vendor, come join us at the 2026 Fourth of July at the Fairgrounds! Vendor fees are $100 for a 10’ x 10’ space. You will need to supply tables, chairs, signage, display stands, tenting, etc.
This vendor application is for those who are planning to sell arts, crafts, clothing, jewelry, toys, etc.
No CBD, drug, alcohol, or gang related items or paraphernalia is to be sold at the event. No live animal sales. No light up toys or accessories should be sold at the event. The Orangeburg County Fair Board retains final say on what may or may not be sold. Please direct questions to orangeburgfair@gmail.com.
Vendor set up is from 10 AM-1 PM the day of the event. No vehicles are allowed on the fairgrounds after 1 PM and while patrons are present. No exceptions.
