The Market at the Fairgrounds Vendor Application

$25.00

If you’re a local artisan or vendor, come join us at the 2026 Market at the Fairgrounds!

Open to crafters, artists and artisans selling vintage, antique, homemade and unique goods.

Booth fee is only $25. Vendors will also need to purchase a $5 vendor permit through the City of Orangeburg (separate from the fairgrounds vendor fee).

You will need to supply tables, chairs, signage, display stands, tenting, etc.

NOTE:

No CBD, drug, alcohol, or gang related items or paraphernalia is to be sold at the event. No live animal sales.

No food trucks for this event, but vendors can sell pre-packaged food or drinks.

This is a non-exclusive vendor market, and we will not limit the number of vendors selling similar or identical goods. Vendors participate at their own risk.

The Orangeburg County Fair Board retains final say on what may or may not be sold. Please direct questions to Fair Board member Ryan Adamski at ryan@niacoconstruction.com.

Vendor set up is from 7 AM and 9:30 AM the day of the event. Spaces are available on a first come, first served basis the day of the event. All vendor spaces will be outside on the fairgrounds.

No vehicles are allowed on the fairgrounds after 9:30 PM and while patrons are present. If you tear down before event closing, you must walk your items to your vehicle in the parking area. No exceptions.

Application fees are non-refundable.
