Food Conservation

Orangeburg area residents, both adult and youth, show off their food conservation skills in this division. Contestants bring canned fruits and vegetables, pickled items, soft spreads, juices, eggs, and honey to be judged.

All entries are showcased for the duration of the fair in the Main Exhibit Building, with the winners being announced on the first day of the fair.
